1. Eligibility & vetting
You confirm you are entitled to let the property for monthly residential stays and that your own ownership structure and paperwork are in order. We may request documents and must approve your profile before you publish.
2. Listings & pricing
You set the monthly price, deposit, minimum/maximum months and availability. Your published monthly price is what the guest pays; your payout is that price minus our commission. You keep listings accurate and lawful.
3. Long-stay nature
Stays are residential and at least one month. This is a different category from nightly tourist rentals. You remain responsible for your own licensing, tax and compliance — we support, we don’t replace, your lawyer or notary.
4. Payouts
We pay you out after check-in/completion, net of commission, via our payout provider (Wise) to the account you provide during vetting.
