1. Booking & billing
You book stays of one month or longer. We authorize your first month plus deposit on request, capture them at check-in, and charge each later month before it begins. You authorize these recurring monthly charges.
2. Deposit
Your deposit is held by the platform and refunded after your stay, less any documented damage resolved through a dispute.
3. Conduct
You agree to treat the property with care, follow house rules, and communicate through the platform. Misuse may lead to suspension.
4. Cancellations
The listing’s cancellation policy applies; the fee is shown before you confirm.
