Is Airbnb banned in Bali?

No. The government hasn’t banned platforms — it’s enforcing licensing, zoning and tax for short-term rentals. Long-stay residential hosting is a separate path.

I’m a foreign owner — can I host monthly?

Foreign ownership and hosting in Bali have their own requirements (typically a PT PMA structure). We can’t give legal advice, but monthly leasing avoids the short-term tourism-licence regime. Check your setup with a local professional.
